Today, we will focus our sights on 2B and SS. We will look at potential trades, free-agent signings, and minor-league prospects. Here we go… Second Base Perhaps there is no other position in which the Dodgers could upgrade through trade or free agency than 2B. Bo Bichette…
Starting today, I will preview a couple of positions a day as we approach 2026. I am going to focus on what could happen at the positions, possible trades, and possible prospects at those positions. Here we go. No surprises here. Catcher Players who could see time here: Will…
Thanks for another great year at LADT. I am still looking for additional writers – Bear will continue to write, but I am going to continue to cut back. My book is getting close, and there will be a second one. The book website will be up soon, and you will have a lot more…
The hot stove has been a little cool this offseason, so this is the time that everyone “Makes Stuff Up” or it could be called “ Make S___t Up Time”! The Dodgers run a very tight ship, and they know that “Loose Lips Sink Ships,” so if you are hearing a rumor involving the…
“The thlot plickens” is used to comment on escalating situations, like a confusing story, a complex sports situation, or just everyday life getting more complicated. Outfield remains a position of need for the Dodgers, as they are looking to add depth. Questions about Tommy…

So far, the Winter Meetings have been only slightly eventful. In a surprise move, the Dodgers signed the best closer on the market, saying, “ loss of a draft pick and International Bonus Money be damned – we are getting another closer.” I would assume that signing Edwin Diaz…
As baseball fans, we like to make up trades – it’s in our DNA! We can’t help it – it’s a form of BOCD (Baseball Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and is the root cause of “dope-fiend moves.” Andrew Friedman was a “recovering dope fiend”… that was until he signed Michael Conforto…
It is the holiday gift giving season. Your favorite team has some holes to fill. Just who should they target to fill those holes? Ask 25 fans, you will usually get 25 different answers. I am pretty sure some of the suggestions I would make would get some pushback from other…
