May you and your families have a Happy Thanksgiving... wherever you are!

Let’s all count our blessings and remember our friends – ones who are still with us and ones who we won’t see again.

None of us know how many more trips around the sun we have so let us gather with our families whenever possible and be thankful.

Let’s not forget our Dodger Family.

Happy Thanksgiving Dodger

Had a great meal. Watched myself and only had one plate with a small portion of every thing, Turkey, ham, green bean salad, deviled eggs, dressing, fruit salad, crab salad, mashed taters and a Hawaiian dinner roll. Topped it off with a small slice of pumpkin and cherry pie with a smidge of whipped cream on top. Ice tea to drink, no drum sticks! Same to you 2D. Hope you had a great one.

Happy Thanksgiving to the LADT community! Despite all the confusion and turmoil in our world and the Dodgers not winning the WS, there remains so much for which to be grateful!

Special thanks to Mark, Jeff, Howard and Bear for providing such great posts on a daily basis! Their articles are second to none.

I hope to get out an article or two in the near future.

Is Jon Gray worth a gamble?

No Draft Pick compensation to worry about.

Happy Thanksgiving to the most knowledgeable Dodger fans on the planet, (those that participate on this blog). May you season be safe and festive. This blog still keeps rolling out gems.

And a big thank you to Jeff. That piece on steroids and amphetamines might be the best written article I have ever seen on MLB and drugs.

Happy Thanksgiving Day everyone! I hope you get to spend your day, or at least speak with, those who mean the most to you.

I’m grateful for the hard working writers (and commenters) who make this blog work. Harold, Jeff, Bear, Mark, and the long lost…2D2 and Evan. May you have joy, good health, and more helpful insight to share. Thank you.

We live in a land of plenty, be grateful and generous..

    God bless us all.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!

When we think about all we have to be grateful for, be thankful you aren’t a D’back, Oriole or Pirate fan.

Happy Thanksgiving to LADT posters and your family and friends. We do have much for which we can be thankful even in difficult times.

In Canada we celebrated Thanksgiving Day on October 11.

Happy Thanksgiving to all and may we all have many more. This is my 77th Thanksgiving but I must admit I don’t remember my first 2 or 3. It’s a bit chilly down here in SW (Punta Gorda) Florida. This morning it was in the mid 40’s.

Happy Thanksgiving Day friends! I’ll be spending today with a few friends and remembering family and those friends that aren’t with us any longer. Hey Watford, do they call it Thanksgiving Day in the UK? For some reason here in the US we were taught that this holiday was started by pilgrims that settled here and natives that helped supply food to make it through the rough seasons when food was difficult to get. But I had learned since that it goes way back to the 14th century over there and had several names through time. At any rate I hope the day turns out great for all.

    Happy Thanksgiving all.

Sounds like things may be looking up on the Corey Seager front. That would be a great start to the holidays.

    No snow in sunny SoCal.

AF said on High Heat that he expects some movement/announcements about FA signings around Thanksgiving and shortly thereafter. I expect next week to be quite active on the FA market. Corey Seager needs to be signed for 6 years and $185 million.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

Nothing Wrong With Back of the Rotation SP for LAD

I said it when Roki Sasaki was struggling…If not Roki, who? He finally started to pitch with more confidence and he put together a string of positive starts. Yes, there were those who forgot about his previous four excellent starts and instead focused on his CWS start. He is a…

Who Bats Where?

A good percentage of comments on this blog relate to “who bats where” in the batting order. “Shohei should bat cleanup.” “ Freddie should be the number three hitter.” “No, Freddie should hit second.” “Max Muncy should hit cleanup.” “Mookie should hit 9th.” … and on and on… Where…

Happy, Hopeful, Blessed, and Thankful

I grew up in Ohio and lived there until 1976, when I was 23 years old. I have been in Indiana for 50 years, so I consider myself a Hoosier. Now, I actually live 45 minutes from Bloomington, where the IU Hoosiers play. However, since I was nine years old, I have been a Dodger…

Are You True Blue?

What do I mean by true blue? Well, over the years I have seen my share of bandwagon and fair-weather fans. True blue fans stick with the team no matter what. Their allegiance to the team never waivers. Not when a favorite is traded or lost to free agency, not when the team…
